How contracts are formed between you and Sellers - Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services specified within it subject to the terms & conditions and the applicable details on the product page. No order shall be deemed to be accepted by the sellers until we (acting as the commercial agent of the seller) issue an email acknowledgement of order. The contract between you and a seller will relate only to those goods and/or services notified in the email acknowledgement of order.
Payment method - Purchases for goods and/or services you make with the sellers may only be paid for using the payment methods we make available through our payment facility. All prices shall be shown in the applicable currency and payable in that currency (GBP). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges Exchanging items for a different colour or size is at the discretion of The Stanley Road Store. It is also dependent on size/colour availability. Damaged items Should you find your item damaged on delivery, you will need to notify us within 7 days by email with supporting photographs of the item in the original packaging. Refunds will only be given for items damaged in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you exchange an item you will be responsible for both the postage to return the item and postage to send out the new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this is through a third party.
